Sometimes referred to as “The Fifth Weaver” and “the only folk singer who couldn’t croak a note” Harold Leventhal’s career spanned over 65 years as a personal manager and promoter who brought many well known musicians to public attention including the Weavers, Pete Seeger, Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, Judy Collins, Arlo Guthrie, The Clancy Brothers ,Ravi Shankar and many other artists from around the world.

The list of Mr Leventhal’s accomplishments amazingly long and varied. He was presented with a lifetime achievement award by the North American Folk Alliance in 2002.
