John Langstaff Has Died

John Langstaff founder of the Christmas Revels died on December 13th, eleven days shy of his 85th birthday.

An award-winning author and musician Langstaff and his daughter Carol founded the revels in 1971 to promote the understanding and appreciation of traditional folk music, dance and rituals from around the world.

Revels productions are now presented annually in 10 cities across the US and there are many smaller revels inspired productions as well.
