The folk diva changes bulbs by just holding one while the world revolves around her.
The Fest committee chairman asks for a volunteer to chair the light subcommitte and to submit a consensus report. The electrical and communications committee chair objects. The matter is tabled for further discussion at the next meeting. Comes the next meeting , no one can read the minutes, it’s too dark.
