Sing Out! Magazine is looking for a new managing editor.

Scott Atkinson, our managing editor, is moving on to “greener” pastures (a job at a gardening magazine), so we’re stuck with the difficult job of finding a replacement to fill his shoes and seat here. Here are the details:

WANTED: Managing Editor for a Folk Music quarterly magazine. A full-time on-site position located in Bethlehem, PA. Salary commensurate with experience, as well as full benefits (including health care, pension, vacation and more). Basic computer skills necessary (word processing, database management, spreadsheets, and a little web design). Job description includes some writing, copy editing, traffic management and scheduling for magazine production and freelance writing staff, advertising sales and supervision, and some travel (especially to festivals over the summer months).
