Smithsonian Folkways Collection to be Distributed by The Orchard
This seems to be the month of digital distribution deals. Smithsonian Folkways has a new agreement with The Orchard for digital distribution and marketing of the Folkways collection. A previous deal with Apple aparently fell through. PaidContent mentions that the May 22 Wall Street Journal had an extensive article on Folkways attempts to get the collection distributed digitaly. I’d like to see it if anyone has a copy.
